Funding

IWEG is a not-for-profit community organisation that depends on the energy and commitment of local people to achieve its goals.

We have been proudly supported in this work by a range of government entities through grants and in-kind support.

Inner West Council, previously Marrickville Council, provides us with a grant each year that is essential for us to be able to continue our work. The councillors and staff have been a great support over the years. The councils’ biodiversity and bushcare officers and parks staff have been particularly helpful.  We thank them for their generous support.
