We know the native plantings along the light rail corridor makes for a more pleasant trip to for commuters, whether they be those going to and from work or day trippers exploring the inner west. IWEG is therefore encouraging the Light Rail operator, TransDev, to promote the bush care groups. Working Bees

Also as part of the Transport for NSW environmental impact offset project, a number of new bushcare sites will be created in 2015, once these are established, IWEG are expecting to manage three of these. They are at Hercules Street (across the line from Dulwich Hill Public School), Little Street (Dulwich Hill) and Fred Street (Lewisham). |
